I’m certain that in the wee hours of the morning, as you’re tossing and turning, your mind must be reeling with all sorts of thought-provoking things:  How do I get started with GreenQloud? Can I host my website there? Where can I find advice about how to set something up? What’s this “StorageQloud” that I’ve been hearing about?

Right?

Our team at GreenQloud HQ gets a lot of questions, usually in the form of support tickets (hi, ticket-senders!). One of the things we strive for is responsiveness, so we do our best to get these addressed pretty quickly – usually within a few minutes for the ‘easy answers’.

But in a world filled with one-minute snippets and soundbites, and a dwindling attention span, perhaps you’d rather not wait the few minutes, and instead take matters into your own hands.

You have questions. We have answers. And advice. And suggestions. And instructions. And cake! (Okay, maybe not cake.) However, finding information should be a piece of cake (ha!), so we’ve been working on sprucing up our GreenQloud Support & Community pages.

There are a couple ways to get there – either type in support.greenqloud.com or if you’re logged into my.greenqloud.com, choose “Support” from the drop-down menu when you click on your username.

If you’re just getting started with GreenQloud, we’ve pinned a few articles that will help with things like creating instances and setting up a web server – those are right at the top of the page.

 

If you’re looking for something specific but don’t want to peruse FAQs or documentation all day, just type a few key words in the search box.  This handy function is at the top of each page to search that particular section.  It’s also on the far right, where you can specify a different category in which to search.

The results list will show where the material is categorized, so you can browse that section later, or go right to it to see what else is there.

 

 

 

We’re hard at work every day making our services better and easier to use, but need your input to do that! The Community Forum is a great place to ask questions, share tips/advice/best practices and see what other customers are doing or have discovered/requested.

Make your voice heard and let us know if an article is useful, if a question someone else asked is important to you, or vote on the feature requests you like. We take feedback and feature requests seriously, and add those items into our roadmap when (and if) we can. You’ll see here what’s been added, updated, or on the future plan.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Finally, there’s an entire section of “How To” guides and tutorials – broken down by product category, with helpful stuff like understanding our networks or hosting your website on GreenQloud. Curious about Mongo Databases or backing up your files? We’ve got info for that too.

If you still can’t find what you’re looking for or having an issue that’s not addressed in the Forums, send us a ticket, and the GreenQloud team will get back to you promptly, because that’s how we roll.

As a reminder, on Tuesdays the GreenQloud Blog features “How-To(Tue)” – giving the rundown on something you’re sure to find useful.  These are also posted to our support pages. We’re always updating our information and want to add helpful content, so let us know if something’s missing that you’d like to see.  Don’t forget to subscribe to the pages, articles, or questions so you’re updated when new info is available.
